PLACING YOUR ORDER
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a separate email containing your invoice.
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
If your shipping confirmation email does not include details for your entire order, this means that some items are shipping from outside our warehouse. You will receive a further shipment confirmation once those items have been processed.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to delay dispatch or hold orders for a later delivery date.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
All order are shipped with DHL Express.
Duties and Taxes are included in all shipments to countries listed below.
If you cannot find your country on the list, unfortunately we are unable to cover duties and taxes at this time.
