2. Can I Return an item bought at one of your shops?

If you would like to return an item bought from our website our preference would be that you return it to our warehouse address:

We cannot refund or exchange website returns at any of our stores, but we are happy to forward an item to our etailing dept at Head Office to be processed.

3. I bought something from your online shop more than 14 days ago, can I still return it?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return up to 14 days from the date of despatch. Please contact us directly with any returns requests. Any returns requested after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and please specify if you want to exchange the item or refund.

5. What is the expected Delivery time of my order?

Royal Mail - International Signed for UK 1-3 working days Europe (approx) 3-7 working days Rest of World: 12-14 working days

We allow up to 3-4 weeks for parcels to reach countries such as: Russia, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Peru, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and Singapore

Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

6.Will value added tax (VAT) be deducted from my order?

For all orders placed via the website with a delivery address outside the UK/EU, the 20% VAT will be deducted from the final total prior to payment being taken. However, please note that you may be subject to your country's import taxes and duties.

7. How does "Collect in Store" work?

Please select 'Collect in Store' at checkout if you wish to pick up your items free of charge from one of our London stores (either Clifford Street or Haberdasher Street). You will be asked to select the store you wish to collect from, and make payment for your order as usual.

Orders placed by 12pm on Monday to Wednesday will be ready to collect from 3pm two days later. Orders placed on Thursday to Sunday will be ready for collection from 3pm the following Tuesday. Please make sure you bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase, as you will be asked to sign for your items by our store staff.

8. Can you reduce the cost of my package by marking it as a gift for duty purposes?

Unfortunately we are not able to do that as it is illegal.
