New Knitwear: A Merino Wool Story
Light, warm, breathable, soft, hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking and naturally odour and crease-resistant, Merino possesses a remarkable list of properties. In the world of wool (one of our favourite worlds), it is Mr. Versatile. A fibre that lends itself to pretty much any task at hand. As an insulator for a hike up a big mountain in a blizzard? No problem. Worn as performance wear on a lung-busting run through the park. A good choice. As the mid-layer under a Shetland knit and a Raglan Coat on a bitter morning, or as a V neck sweater vest over an oxford and tie? That's what it's there for.
Making the most of Merino's natural fineness and pliability, we've focused on its strength as a smart layering piece for our latest drop. In a range of warm autumnal colours, our Merino knits are made in Italy and, in the case of the long-sleeve crewneck and V neck jumpers, feature raglan sleeves and ribbed cuffs and hems. There's a V neck sweater vest and a long-sleeve polo that is both a bit smart and a bit sporty and works wonders under a soft-shouldered Games Suit. Merino is the do it all wool.
