Returns policy

  • Drake’s allows items to be returned for a refund or exchange subject to stock availability within 14 days of receipt of goods

  • Drake's offers an extended holiday returns period to allow for greater flexibility in returning any gifts that might not be quite right. Online orders, or in-store purchases from our London and New York stores, made between 26th November and 14th December can be returned for exchange or refund until 3rd January

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in salable condition (in their original packaging or equivalent with all tags and labels still attached)

  • Per distance selling regulations, we do not accept returns on the following items: underwear, swimwear, socks, and custom items (unless it is faulty or a Drake’s error)

  • Refunds can only be made to the card used for the purchase of the order

  • Drake’s will not refund return postage or pay any import charges on returned items unless they are faulty or a result of our error. Any items with unpaid customs will not be accepted

  • Drake’s offers a sale-price adjustment on items purchased within 24 hours prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please contact Customer Service

  • The terms do not affect your statutory rights


How to return your order

Please fill out the returns form that was included with your order - indicating which item(s) you would like to return, whether you would like a refund or exchange, your reason for doing so, and enclose it with the item(s).

You can then either post your item(s) or drop them off at one of our retail locations.

Returning via Post

Please package up your item with the returns form and clearly mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the package to prevent any potential customs charges. The return address is:

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Drake’s will not take responsibility for any lost items. We will inform you once we have received the package.
