How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email from us with your unique tracking number. You can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting these websites below

Can I return an item bought online to one of your shops?

If you would like to return an item bought from our website our preference would be that you return it to our warehouse address:

We cannot refund or exchange website returns at any of our stores, but we are happy to forward an item to our etailing dept at Head Office to be processed.

I bought something from your online store
more than 30 days ago, can I still return it?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return up to 30 days from the date of despatch. Please contact us directly with any returns requests. Any returns requested after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and please specify if you want to exchange the item or refund.

What is the expected delivery time of my order?

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this timescale we can investigate further, please contact us at drakes@drakes.com.

Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Will Value Added Tax (VAT) be deducted from my order?

For all orders placed via the website with a delivery address in the USA, all import duties will be covered by Drake's.

How does 'Collect In Store' work?

Please choose 'collect in store' at checkout if you wish to pick up your package free of charge from our Crosby Street, New York store. You will be asked to select the store you wish to collect from, and make payment for your order as usual. 

For collection, please give 3-5 working days for shipping and an additional working day for processing.

Please make sure you bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase, as you will be asked to sign for your package by our store staff.

Can you reduce the cost of my package by
marking it as a gift for duty purposes

Unfortunately we are not able to do that as it is illegal. For all orders placed via the website with a delivery address in the USA, all import duties will be covered by Drake's.
