How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email from us with your unique tracking number.
Can I return an item that I bought online at one of your shops?
If you would like to return an item bought from our website our preference would be that you return it to us via post, using our returns portal
We cannot refund or exchange website returns at any of our stores, but we are happy to forward any item(s) to our warehouse to be processed.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Please select your prefered method of return via our returns portal
Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be processed following our receipt of the goods whose value is being refunded. For more details see our terms and conditions
What is the expected Delivery time of my order?

Will value added tax (VAT) be deducted from my order?
For all orders placed via the website with a delivery address outside the UK/EU, the 20% VAT will be deducted from the final total prior to payment being taken. However, please note that you may be subject to your country's import taxes and duties.
Can you reduce the cost of my package by marking it as a gift for duty purposes?
Unfortunately we are unable to do so for legal reasons

How does "Collect in Store" work?
Please select 'Collect in Store' at checkout if you wish to pick up your items free of charge from one of our stores. You will be asked to select the store you wish to collect from, and make payment for your order as usual.

The WAI promotes a high degree of usability and accessibility for people with disabilities. The W3C promotes good practice amongst the web community via initiatives like WAI (Web Contact Accessibility Guidelines 1.0)
We have also used XHTML 1.0 and CSS that conforms to specification, as laid out by the W3C because we believe that usability and accessibility must have a solid foundation.
