We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem. You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed following our receipt of the goods whose value is being refunded

 

Extended Holiday Returns Policy:

We offer an extended holiday returns period to allow for greater flexibility in returning any gifts that might not be quite right. Online orders and or in-store purchases from our London and New York stores, received between 25th November and 23rd December can be returned for exchange or refunded until 5th January

 

Return Via Post

  1. Go to our returns portal
  2. Enter your order number and postcode
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return and choose an option that suits you best
  4. Once you’ve confirmed your return request, simply follow the next steps to prepare your package with the returns labels attached to your order

Please remember to include all the original packaging inside the box with your item(s) and replace the original shipping label with the returns label

 

Return Via Store

  1. Please bring the item(s) in the original packaging to one of our retail locations, listed on our stores page

Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be processed following our receipt of the goods whose value is being refunded. The refund can only be made to the card / payment method used when paying for the order. We will email you as soon as possible once we have received the items

You may either exchange the item(s) for something else, subject to stock availability or receive a full refund of the price paid. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost

You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All items which you wish to return must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent with their labels intact
