Returns

OUR POLICY

We hope you love your purchases, but if you change your mind, no problem. You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed following receipt of returned goods. 

Shipping charges for returned items sent for exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a note describing the reason for your exchange or refund along with the original packing slip received with the shipment. If the requested exchange is not available we will contact you for an alternative item or return your purchase per the return policy below.

EU UPDATE

Following the recent Brexit changeover, returns from the European Union will now take slightly longer due to the extended customs process. Your order should be received and processed by us at a maximum of 14 days after it was marked as delivered to the onforwarding warehouse. However, this process may take slightly longer in some extreme cases.

GIFTING POLICY

We offer an extended holiday returns period on all full priced items bought on www.drakes.com and in our stores to allow for greater flexibility in returning any gifts that might not be quite right. Online orders and or in-store purchases from our London and New York stores, received between 20th November and 25th December can be returned for exchange or refunded until 8th January.

Return Via Post

  1. Please visit our return portal to create the return label.

  2. Wrap your parcel securely and attach the returns label, making sure none of the details are covered by tape and that any other labels have been removed, or completely covered.

  3. Once we receive the return parcel, we will process the order exchange/refund and will update you accordingly. 

     

     UK orders are available to return in store at our Savile Row store only.

     Please note: Overseas orders can take up to 14 working days to be processed through customs and arrive at our         depot.

Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be processed following our receipt of the goods whose value is being refunded. The refund can only be made to the card / payment method used when paying for the order. We will email you as soon as possible once we have received the items

You may either exchange the item(s) for something else, subject to stock availability or receive a full refund of the price paid. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost
