Job Description:

Act as a analytical liaison between design, buying, retail and wholesale departments, ensuring all commercials are met. Managing sales and stock reporting across the business ensuring KPI’s and margin targets are met across sales channels


Reporting to: Head Of Department



• Building and managing seasonal range plan with more than 2000 SKUs

• Ensuring target margins are met and pricing is competitive

• Manage collection/special project product set up, coding, ensuring all products are on the system with the correct prices and bill of materials

• Generate PO (Automated) and placing with purchasing manager(opportunity to create new automated process)

• Project management of Drakes order management software

• Planning  OTB’s for Wholesale, retail and web

• Sales data analysis and reporting across channels including CRM and post season

• Management of merchandising calendar with a view of wholesale and commercial calendars.

• Management of deliveries into Drakes and out to stores/customers working to agreed delivery dates – Implementation of J.I.T theory

• Reporting and planning with finance team to optimise deliveries with cashflow 

• Management of sample quantities, allocation and budgets

• Management of cancellations and substitutions

• Potential liaison with customers on product developments and special projects
