Our Head office and e-commerce department will be closed from December 23rd – January 1st inclusive. Orders placed during this period will be processed and packed ready for despatch from Tuesday 2nd January 2018. For any orders placed during the month of December our returns policy will be extended to 31st January 2018.
We offer a range of delivery options including UK Standard, Collect in store, European and International. If you have specific delivery and shipping needs please contact our team.
Collect in Store:
We offer a FREE click and collect service available at the checkout. Your order is usually available for collection within 2 working days. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.The order can be delivered to one of our two London stores.
Please choose Drake's 'collect in store' at checkout if you wish to pick up your package free of charge from one of our stores. You will be asked to select the store you wish to collect from, and make payment for your order as usual.
For orders placed by 12pm, the package will be ready to collect from 3pm two days later. For orders placed on Thursday, Friday, or over the weekend, packages will be ready for collection from Tuesday after 3pm.
Please make sure you bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase, as you will be asked to sign for your package by our store staff.
* Russian Customers - Please be aware that due to the issues with Russian customs, we are unable to ship orders via express courier to this country
Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as possible. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
Please note that during sale and holiday periods there may be some delay in the dispatch of orders.

How to return an item:
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. We allow up to 30 days from receipt of goods for items to be returned to us. If items are unwanted they must be returned in an unworn and resalable condition. If goods are faulty/damaged we are happy to either refund in full or exchange subject to stock availability. All items which you wish to return must be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent) with their labels intact. Please include original paperwork and clearly mark as " Return for Refund".
Please note, a refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you as soon as we have received the goods back from you. Please allow seven days from receipt of goods for the refund amount to show back on your card.
How to exchange an item:
If you prefer, you may exchange the item (if in a resalable condition) for something else, this is however subject to stock availability. Please include original paperwork and clearly mark as "Return for Exchange" with details of the item you wish to exchange for. Please note, if you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost and the additional delivery cost.
Returns/Exchanges from non-EU customers:
For goods returned by post please clearly mark on the package: RETURNED GOODS. This will prevent any customs charges being added.
Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded unless the item is defective. For an item to be deemed faulty if must be returned and checked by the Drake’s team. If the item is deemed faulty your postage will be refunded.
Sale items or products purchased online under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price can still be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and written notice is given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order.
Any returns made outside of the Drakes guidelines will be processed case by case at our discretion.
When returning your item for an exchange we recommend sending via a tracked service as Drake’s will not take responsibility for any lost items being returned.For orders outside of the United Kingdom please label ”Return for Exchange" clearly on the paperwork to prevent any import charges on the item. Drake’s will not pay any import charges on items returned unless faulty. Any items with unpaid customs will not be accepted by Drake’s.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and please specify if you want to exchange the item or a refund.
Items which cannot be returned:
In line with distance selling regulations we can’t accept returns on the following items:
· DVDs or software if seal is broken
· Underwear and swimwear
· Accessories that come into contact with the skin
· Tailor-made or personalised items*
* Tailor-made or personalised items: Bespoke items such as made to order shirts and ties are made to order and will not be accepted for returns or refund unless there is a sizing error, delivery mistake or manufacturing defect.
