We cannot refund or exchange website returns at any of our stores, but we are happy to forward an item to our etailing dept at Head Office to be processed.

I bought something from your online store more than 28 days ago, can I still return it?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return up to 28 days from the date of despatch. Subsequently, returns will be accepted at our discretion.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and please specify if you want to exchange the item or refund.

What is the expected delivery time of my order?

Royal Mail - International Signed for

UK 1-3 working days

Europe (approx) 3-7 working days

Rest of World: 12-14 working days

We allow up to 3-4 weeks for parcels to reach countries such as: Russia, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Peru, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia

UK 1-2 working days

Europe 1-2 working days

Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Will VAT be deducted from my order?

For all orders placed via the website with a delivery address outside the UK/EU, VAT will be deducted from the final total prior to payment being taken.
